Returns

Milpali is a no-inventory, no-waste company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This is in line with our mission to minimize waste and avoid our products ending up in landfill.

Please work with us and refrain from ordering more products that you intend to keep. 

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please follow the instructions below.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@milpali.com within 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate the exchange process.
  2. Provide us with your order details and the reason for the exchange.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the item does not meet these criteria.

Return Shipping: Please note that the cost of shipping the item back to us for an exchange is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. Shipping fees, including any customs or import duties, are non-refundable.

Exchange Options: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the requested replacement item to you. 

International Returns: our return centers are located in California (USA), France, and Australia. Our customer support team will provide you with a specific return address based on your location.

Shipping

It takes 2–5 business days to print, sew and inspect your products. Once packed, our carriers handle the shipping worldwide. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the carrier picks up the parcel.

Shipping time depends on the delivery destination and carrier capacity.

Artist Collaborations and Indigenous Art

The amazing artists we collaborate with are involved in the design process and get the final say before release, to make sure their stories are well represented. They get a percentage of each sale at a rate that is above the average rate on the market.

They are the sole owners of the original painting and usually sell it through their own channels. Talk about a win-win!

You may wonder: Is it okay to wear Indigenous art? 

By wearing indigenous art prints, non-Indigenous individuals can show support, promote cultural awareness, and engage in meaningful conversations about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures. 

Milpali is a Dealer Member of the Indigenous Art Code to protect the artists. Together, let's celebrate diversity and foster mutual respect.
