Refunds and Returns

Milpali is a no-inventory, no waste company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This is in line with our mission to minimise waste and avoid our products ending up in the trash. So please work with us and refrain from ordering more products that you intend to keep.

If you have an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of reception and we'll let you know the next steps.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it and you must return it within 7 days of receiving the items. We do not accept customised items for return.

If there is a problem with an order

If there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with our team within 30 days of product delivery. Milpali offers a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. We will ask you to send us specific photos of the defect, once we get in touch with you.

To avoid issues with sizing, please refer to our size charts and do not hesitate to contact us for further inquiries before you confirm your order.
